We totally get it — sometimes, plans change.

At Zunari Charm, we allow order cancellations within 2 hours of placing the order, provided it hasn’t been processed or shipped.

🔁 Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only if:

• You cancel within 2 hours of placing the order

• The order hasn’t been processed or shipped

Once the order has been packed or dispatched, unfortunately, we cannot cancel it.

🚫 How to cancel?

Simply email us at hello@zunaricharm.com with:

• Your order number

• Reason for cancellation

If you're within the 2-hour window, we’ll confirm cancellation and issue a refund if prepaid.

💳 Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

• For COD orders, there’s no transaction involved.

📝 Please Note:

• Zunari Charm reserves the right to reject cancellation requests that are beyond the stated time limit or already in the processing/shipping phase.

• Repeated cancellations from the same user may result in account flagging or order restrictions.
