📅 Reporting Window
- Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Reports made after this time frame cannot be accepted.
📹 Mandatory Requirement
- To claim a return for damage, an Unboxing Video is mandatory.
- The video must show the sealed package being opened and clearly display the damage.
- Without an unboxing video, we cannot process the claim.
✅ Eligibility Criteria We accept returns ONLY if:
- ✔️ The product arrived broken or damaged.
- ✔️ You have the unboxing video as proof.
- ✔️ The item is unused and in original packaging.
🚫 What Is Not Covered
- Change of mind or "didn't like the style."
- Size or fit issues (please check dimensions before buying).
- Slight color variations due to screen resolution.
🔄 How to Report an Issue
- Film your unboxing video clearly.
- WhatsApp us at 9871102198 with your Order ID and the Video.
- Our team will review and approve the claim within 24 hours.
💎 Resolution Process
- Replacement: We will ship a fresh piece to you free of charge.
- Refund: If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (or UPI/Bank Transfer for COD orders).
